This is a maternity style video I put together with Aaron at Makai Creative, he helped with the together shots, while I shot the solos of Kiana and put it together in the end.

Engagement Story

I shot this one-off story style video of Brains view, primarily regarding what he thought when he first met/saw Marissa and how their relationship progressed leading up to their wedding.

The Matriarch

My wife’s grandma turned 90, and her family threw a surprise birthday party for her, so I filmed the day in documentary fashion to add story and background to the day.

Travel: California Coast

I brought Kiana and our friend Amber down the California Coast coast along Highway 1 from San Francisco down to lower Big Sur, for some camping and sight-seeing.

Travel: Tokyo, Japan

I love the way Anthony Bourdain wound narrate his video’s and I wanted to mimic the style he does so well. This was our first international trip with our son, and second time to Japan where I wanted to capture the bustle, cuisine, and culture of Japan.

This highlight video is a culmination of different sceneries outside of Portland, OR. It includes areas around Mt. Hood, John Day fossil beds, Crater Lake, and the Umpqua National Forest.

I was inspired by the opening scene of the show “Portlandia.” So I shot a bit of the city, the people, and the food, trying to capture what Portland is like through my eyes.
